Bloodshot operates via a call from a perspective client.  An appointment is then made. If you happen to be out of town, an email address or mailing address will be provided.
A well prepared client should have done some homework first.  Reference is allmost allways a necessity.
Trying to talk art without having something to visualize and to point to is difficult.  Anything you can bring to help show what your likes may be, will help.  If for example you would like flames...Bike magazines may help to show the style of flames you desire.  If what you're looking for is more complicated.  ie. eagles, wolves and or scenery, any image is best with a good quality photo or picture.  If what you want is fictional (demons, dragons, etc)  and you can't find a picture... sketches can be worked out and altered to ensure you're comfortable before a project is started.
Bloodshot is happy to be a sounding board for all your ideas and will often make suggestions to enhance your idea.  But bottom line is...It's you who will be looking at it for years to come, so your input is key.  Bloodshot will not reproduce any created images, unless it's for the same customer.  Bloodshot works within U.S. copy rights and retains the rights to all images created for publication and may call upon you to showcase your project at special events at your approval.  Bloodshot is a small one man operation, so jobs are done in a first come first serve basis.  If you have a strict deadline, measures can be made to ensure the job is done on time.   (If and when possible)
Time frames for most projects are approx. 2-3 weeks in slow seasons (summer/fall) and up to and around 6 weeks in the busy seasons (winter/spring)
